Founder- Managing Director
Danielle Marie, a seasoned Blockchain Educator, Crypto Enthusiast, and Community Organizer was awarded Australian Blockchain Leader of the Year 2023. She is the founder of the Women in Digital Economy initiative fostering female empowerment and a founding member of ALL THINGS BLOCKCHAIN a non-profit association focused on growing the local blockchain ecosystem that has grown to over 2300 members.

Our story begins with the stark realization of the gender disparity in the emerging tech industry, particularly in the rapidly growing fields of Web3 and AI technologies. While these areas offer immense potential for innovation and growth, the lack of diversity and representation of women threatened to further widen the existing gender gap in the digital economy.
Our core mission is to foster an inclusive environment where women can learn, grow, and navigate the tech industry with confidence. We strive to dismantle the barriers hindering women's participation in tech by providing comprehensive educational programs, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
